01 How long does a repair usually take?
We aim to have Mac inspections / repairs done within 48 hours during working days. If you have an urgent job, we can do Express Inspections for an extra fee (subject to availability). Get in touch and let us know your requirements. 02 How much do Mac repairs cost?
We always recommend a full inspection in order to provide you with an accurate quote. Generally, our Mac repair fee starts from $90 incl GST, which is payable when your MAC is sent in or dropped off. Most minor issues will be covered and repaired within 48 hours. If the price is over $90, a full inspection report will be provided for your approval. Your initial payment goes towards the repair. Please note the initial Inspection Fee is Non-refundable, which covers the time spent by our technicians in disassembling, diagnosing or assessing the equipment to ascertain the cause and find a solution. 03 Do repairs come with warranty?
We offer a three-month ‘return-to-base’ guarantee on all hardware repairs and repaired parts undertaken by it. This warranty covers equipment which has been used for its intended purpose only. If for any reason a hardware repair fails within three months from the first repair, we will do one further repair at no extra charge. Generally, we will endeavour to provide a maximum of one further repair to fix the same / similar initial hardware problem within three months from the first repair. If for any reason, we cannot resolve the hardware issue within the three-month guarantee period, we will return your Mac in the current condition. The initial repair costs, excluding Inspection Fee will be refunded. 04 Do you use genuine replacement parts?
Yes, we only use genuine Apple Replacement Parts for all our repairs. 03 Can you help me with my MAC insurance claim?
Yes, we can prepare inspection report for your insurance claim if your Mac is covered by insurance. Please provide us with your insurance claim number and the best contact person of your insurance company, and we will follow up the rest. Most common issues covered by insurance are liquid damage, physical damage, surge damage or some other accident damages. |
